Chris Pack, Program Director of Community Matters, co-developed the Safe School Ambassadors program. Community Matters is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people to be agents of positive social change. For more than 15 years he has worked throughout the world with educators and students from schools and colleges, community coalitions and non-profit service organizations, local and multinational business, and regional and national government agencies.

As Program Director for Community Matters since 1995, Pack has designed and facilitated a range of gatherings, from 10-person strategic planning sessions and community partnership meetings to 250-person community-wide summits. He develops and delivers trainings in collaboration, team skills, community outreach, developmental assets, and other dimensions of positive youth development.
